Frequently Asked Questions

How much does it cost my business to market to the Federal Government?

It costs you nothing. We invoice the government and handle all the hassle for you. We work with you to make sure you get a fair price for your work and save the government money. There is a hidden cut that is beneficial for all parties in this process. Everything is done legitimately according to the FAR, DFAR, USC, and other laws and regulations.

I didn’t see a sales tax, why?

Per the US Constitution, the Federal Government does not pay sales tax to any state or territory. This carries forward to a subcontractor fulfilling the roles the government requires.

Example: The government needs a security service, EVO pays the subcontractor to make that happen with no sales tax. Subcontractor needs a truck to assist with the duties to fulfill the service, but that truck can be used after the contract expires, and is therefore subject to a sales tax (the services were not).

How long does it take to get paid?

We pay as soon as the government gets paid. The average contract is Net 30. Please allow time for the government employees to be on leave, ill, on a federal holiday, etc. If payment exceeds Net 60, let us know, and we will work with you.

This is for the government, may I get an advance?

It depends, are funds truly preventing you from conducting your business? If a security clearance requirement the government has is inhibiting you, then you are likely able to get an advance that we may put in a contract for you. Again, please note that the government requirement is the cause of delay, not you the subcontractor.

What separates you from the rest?

We specialize in the process, we have multiple NAICS codes that allow us to work across the spectrum of pest control and west management all the way up to armed private security. We embrace NAICS Codes, rather than run from them. We use them to our advantage with the scope of work that we do enabling small businesses to do the work the government needs done to accomplish its mission. We are a Small Ethnic Disabled Veteran Economically Disadvantaged Business. We have three certifications right off the bat that prioritize us legally over non-service-disabled vets, non-ethnic background businesses, etc. Legally we are the first pic as long as the prices remain competitive; don’t say you’ll do two hours of work for a million dollars when we ask for a quote.

What will happen if I need access to a military installation?

We send you the forms you need to fill out and process that for you. Again, we handle all of the paperwork and processes, so you don’t have to. Again, yes, it’s free of charge.

How do I know this is legitimate, when nothing is free?

We process all of the paperwork and hassle at no charge, this is true; however, if you literally have nothing to lose with our company, why not give it a shot? You show up to work as normal for any other employer just for the government instead of a private corporation. We handle all of the contact with the government on your behalf. The government is our client, and so are you small business owner.

This must be inaccurate, or you’re solicitors, right?

We solicit on behalf of your small company, not to it. We reach out with work that needs to be done for the government with a service or product you provide. We’re not selling you anything, we’re selling your services or products to the government for you. We’re making your life easier as a legitimate broker.

This is for the government, it must be scary, right?

No, we handle all of the administrative work including invoicing for you to the government on your behalf as the prime contractor. Your role as the subcontractor is to simply show up for work on time and meet contractual obligations. as you would anywhere else.
