Areas of Practice

Veteran Talent Integration

As an ethnic, economically disadvantaged, service-disabled, veteran-owned business, we prioritize the inclusion of veterans and veteran-owned businesses in our contract execution strategy. Whenever possible, we subcontract to veteran-led teams or integrate veteran professionals into active projects, promoting skill development, reintegration, and meaningful employment within the federal contracting space.

Compliance & Documentation Support

Government contracts come with strict documentation, reporting, and audit requirements. EVO-War Dogs handles it all—from labor classification tracking and certified payrolls to safety documentation, progress reporting, and closeout packages. Our team ensures all necessary paperwork is submitted on time and in full compliance with federal and agency-specific requirements.

Project Coordination & Quality Assurance

EVO takes a boots-on-the-ground approach to project oversight. Our experienced managers oversee timelines, coordinate task orders, verify milestone completion, and ensure subcontractors stay aligned with contract requirements. We implement consistent quality assurance practices to minimize risk and ensure accountability at every phase of the project.

Subcontractor Sourcing & Oversight

We specialize in identifying and managing reliable, fully qualified subcontractors to perform the technical scope of work. Whether it's janitorial services, construction, security, or logistics, we ensure every subcontractor is properly vetted, licensed, insured, and ready to perform. EVO-War Dogs manages all scheduling, performance checks, and quality control to deliver seamless execution on every project.

Prime Contract Management

As the prime contractor, EVO-War Dogs assumes full responsibility for managing government contracts from award to closeout. We handle the administrative burden, ensure full compliance with federal regulations (FAR/DFAR), and maintain direct communication with government contracting officers. Our team ensures that deliverables, timelines, and budget expectations are consistently met or exceeded.
